who knew that NOT making your bed was actually a good thing? turns out that dust mites just love you to pull the covers over them after you wake up, making a toasty little nest for them to grow and play.
by simply folding down your sheets/comforter/blankets to the end of the bed when you wake up, the bugs are exposed to the cooler air and will scurry, or at least reproduce at a slower rate. there are many sources, here's one.
